First workout back from 5 days off. Felt great. Got a great bicep pump. Did reps 5, 10, 15, 25 using descending weight from 55 to 25. Triceps are always easy to get a pump.
I took these pictures and I wasn’t going to post them because they were so bad. But then I decided I needed to post them so I can really look at what I need to improve on. So here are some pictures of me tonight.





My back still needs a lot of work… from all angles, and in all ways… thickness, width, etc. My chest and shoulders also still need improvement. I’m pretty happy with my arms… but they probably still have a pump from the workout. I’m not too concerned with my legs because they are unproportionally big compared to my upper body.
